    Day 1. Monday

  3. Presentation of participants’ educational institutions
  4. Session 1: Fundamentals of Project Management

    Day 2. Tuesday

    Session 2: Five stages of project management.

    Mastering these five stages equips project managers and teams with the ability to navigate the complexities of project management. From inception to closure, a comprehensive understanding of these stages ensures projects are executed efficiently, mitigating risks and maximizing outcomes.

    Day 3. Wednesday

    Session 3: 7 Steps of Project Management.

    By meticulously addressing these seven steps, project managers can proactively manage risks, anticipate challenges, and facilitate collaboration among team members. This session provides a deep dive into the significance of each step and how collectively they contribute to achieving project objectives efficiently and successfully.

    Day 4. Thursday

    Session 4: Project and Budget Management

    This session equips participants with the knowledge and strategies to orchestrate successful projects through the synergy of project management techniques and effective budget management. By addressing challenges head-on and fostering a culture of teamwork, participants will be well-prepared to navigate complexities, overcome obstacles, and ultimately achieve project success.

    Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance either on Thursday or Friday.
