ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants Obligations:

Provide Educat Ltd with relevant documents at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Provide Educat Ltd with the relevant and full information of the flight details at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled course date (only if the airport transfer option is included in the course package selected). In case of provision of insufficient information within the specified period (14 days in advance of the scheduled course date), the full cost of an airport transfer will be faced and no refund will be applied. Participant agrees that all the course session and any related material supplied by the Educat Ltd are copyright, remain the property of the Educat Ltd and might constitute a breach of the Copyright Act in case of unauthorised use.

Course schedule details

• Most of Educat courses take place from Monday to Thursday and cultural activities on Friday. (Specified in course details.)
• Courses take place in the morning or afternoon, at the provider’s discretion. The schedule outlines may differ significantly depending on participants’ requests and on the trainer, who has discretion over any changes.
• Depending on the course topic, participants may be required to bring their own laptop.

Note. Please book your flights accordingly so that you don’t miss out on the Friday cultural activities.

Note. The exact details related to the cultural activities will be sent to participants by e-mail before course starting date.

Certificate of Attendance

• Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance either on Thursday or Friday. To obtain certification of attendance in a course it is necessary to have attended at least 80% of the course.

Language level of participants and trainers (except for language courses)

• Majority of Educat participants and trainers are not English natives therefore English language levels may vary.
• If your main objective is to improve your English language skills, we would recommend for you to enroll in an English language courses, taught by professionals.

Enrolment Conditions

• Educat confirms the course if it reaches the minimum number of participants.
• If a course does not reach the minimum number of participants expected, the Educat reserves the right to change the course structure.
• The enrolment into the course is completed after Educat team confirms the payment for the participant. (We will notify participant about status change via e-mail.)

Note. The registration confirmation is not an official confirmation of the course, thus please do not proceed with the purchase of the flight tickets until you receive the Official Confirmation of the Course from Educat's Team via e-mail.

Payment

• Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account of the Educat.
• Payment information (Invoice) will be sent by e-mail to the invoice payee indicated in the registration form invoice detail section. (When the payment will be confirmed by Educat's team, participant and the invoice payee will be notified.)
• Payment for the course has to be paid in full within 2 weeks after receiving the Invoice.
• If enrolling into a course which is already confirmed, and it's starting date is in less than 2 weeks payment for the course has to be paid in full at least 2 days before the course begins and 100 € LATE REGISTRATION FEE will be added.
• For the course package “Double Room” two invoices will be sent to the invoice payee for each participant. Note. If participant or organization asks an extension to the payment due date, the Educat must be informed about it by e-mail info@educat.academy at least 5 days before the payment must be made. Note. The Management reserves the right to cancel or suspend participants enrollment into the course if no payment has been received by the due date specified in the invoice.

Cancellations

If participant is forced to cancel attendance, Educat offers these options:

Basic course package cancellation

Note. To cancel the course you have to contact us and provide your chosen course details and participants details. Our e-mail is info@educat.academy

• If the participant wants to cancel the enrolment with MORE than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
    • If the participant wants to cancel for any reason, we offer an ability to change the course or reschedule the course date without any additional administrative cost.
    • If the participant wants to cancel enrolment we recommend changing the participants enrolment position to another colleague from the same organization without any additional administrative costs.
    • If no substitution can be found the participant will get the final refund amount equal to the paid course package fee minus a 100 Eur cancellation fee.

• If the participant wants to cancel the enrolment with LESS than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
  • If participant want to cancel for any reason, cancellation will incur the full cost of selected course package fees for those participants and no refund will be issued.
    • No rescheduling of course or course date is offered. Note. Personal reason, early departures or late arrivals are not valid reasons to demand refunds.

Premium (Single room) course package cancellation

• If the participant wants to cancel the enrolment with MORE than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
    • If the participant wants to cancel for any reason, we offer an ability to change the course or reschedule the course date without any additional administrative cost.
    • If the participant wants to cancel enrolment we recommend changing the participants enrolment position to another colleague from the same organization without any additional administrative costs.
    • If no substitution can be found the participant will get the final refund amount equal to the paid course package fee minus a 100 Eur cancellation fee.

• If the participant wants to cancel the enrolment with LESS than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
  • If participant want to cancel for any reason, cancellation will incur the full cost of selected course package fees for those participants and no refund will be issued.
    • No rescheduling of course or course date is offered.

Economy (Double room) course package cancellation

• If one or both participants want to cancel the enrolment with MORE than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
    • If both participants want to cancel for any reason, we offer an ability to change the course or reschedule the course date without any additional administrative cost.
      • If both participants do not want to change the course or reschedule the course date the final refund amount will be equal to the paid course package amount minus a 100 Eur cancellation fee per person.
    • If one person from the participants wants to cancel enrolment we recommend changing that participants enrolment position to another colleague from the same organization without any additional administrative costs.
      • If no substitution can be found for the participant that wants to cancel double room package the participant that initiated the cancellation will get the final refund amount equal to the paid course package fee minus a 100 Eur cancellation fee. For the other participant that did not cancel the enrolment there will be no changes in enrolment and participation conditions.

• If one or both participants want to cancel the enrolment with LESS than 4 weeks before the course starts:
  • Options are:
  • If both participants want to cancel for any reason, cancellation will incur the full cost of selected course package fees for those participants and no refund will be issued.
    • No rescheduling of course or course date is offered.
  • If one participant wants to cancel for any reason, Educat will retain the full cost of the selected course package fee for that participant and no refund will be issued. For the other participant that did not cancel the enrolment there will be no changes in enrolment and participation conditions.

Attendance etiquette

Participants are not permitted to bring partners or children to the lessons. Inappropriate language/behaviour towards class participants or Educat staff will not be tolerated and Educat's team reserves the right to ask participants to refrain from attending the course if behaviour persists. The participant’s superiors will be notified of any incident of inappropriate behaviour having taken place during course hours or during a cultural activity.

Acceptance of the regulation

Once enrolled, the participant will automatically accept the conditions for enrollment into the Educat courses.
