    1. Payments

    Late enrolment fee is added to the course fee if the enrolment is done with less than 4 weeks before the selected course starts.

    Payments for the course fee's and course packages are made directly to Educat's bank account, you will automatically receive invoice or invoices(if you have taken separate invoice choice). Educat accepts payments through bank transfer, and some may also accept credit card payments.

    Payment should be made after we confirm the course and you receive the invoice for it. Or if you are enrolling into a course that is already confirmed within 2 weeks of enrolling. The due date will be specified in the invoice you receive. If the payment will not be made, the enrolment will be canceled and spot opened for other to apply to.

    We do not add any additional price for enrolment that is longer than 4 weeks before the course begins.

    2. Course Information

    It is not recommended, but it is possible to miss a class. Communicate your absence to the instructor as long before the absence as possible. Minimum attendance of 80% of the course is required to receive the certificate.

    Usually the minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 14 participants, with a few exceptions for larger or smaller groups or for customized courses which you can discuss with us.

    The program published on the website is a general schedule for all courses. But it may differ significantly depending on participants’ requests and changes may be made at the discretion of the trainer.

    If it is necessary to bring a device, it will be noted in the "Additional Information" section at the end of the course schedule description.

    Certificate of Attendance is given at the end of their course if they attend at least 80% of the course. On thursday or friday.

    3. Course changes and cancellation

    Participants are usually allowed to change course, location, or dates without incurring in an administrative fee. Exceptions may apply for last-minute changes or for repetitive changes. Requests must be presented to the email address info@educat.academy and are at the provider’s discretion and most requests are threaded on individual basis due to us providing premium, economy and basic packages, some changes may not be possible and the whole course fee and course package fee may be retained, because of already paid for hotel rooms, venues and more. Please note that you have the flexibility to change the names of the participants at any time.

    Cancellations must be notified by e-mail. If you are forced to cancel your course attendance due to unforeseen issues, you may consider the following options: re-scheduling to any of our courses without any additional costs; letting any other colleague take your place without any additional costs. Otherwise, if these options are not suitable, these are our refund policies: For cancellations communicated more than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the Host Academy will retain 100 Eur administrative cost from the whole amount paid. For cancellations communicated less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full amount will be retained.

    If the minimum number for a class is not reached, we will propose another suitable solution(reschedule the date, change the course to a similar one or change the location or other option).

    4. Cultural Activities, Transportation and Accommodation

    Yes, Educat provides cultural activities for all our offered packages(basic, economy and premium).

    5. Course enrollment

    Enrolment must be made through our website Enroll page. Full enrolment Enrolment into our courses is explained in a How To page. We have simplified and made an easy to follow enrolment form, so don't be afraid to explore it in Enroll page. It has a lot of useful information on course you want to enroll into.

    Our courses are designed for Educators, Teachers, and other School Staff. We pose NO restrictions on who can enroll as long as they are 18 years and older. Educat's courses are fully funded by Erasmus+ Key Action 1. You can register either with an Erasmus grant, other funding or if you are paying for the course yourself.

    Language level requirement varies per course and will always be specified in the course details. Most of our courses are suitable for participants with B1 english level. We also provide language courses which are available for participants with lower English understanding level.

    No, you are not required to bring any legal documents. We recommend you bring one either way.

    6. Course Packages

    Yes, but any course package change is threaded individually and in some cases may not be possible if late change is desired after hotels, transportation are already booked or if switching from an economy to premium or vice verse. In most cases Yes.

    Yes, upgrading course package is possible and free unless it is made in last minute. Because we might not be able to arrange accommodation or transportation in the short time. The difference between course packages also has to be paid and in the case of economy package where it is meant for 2 people traveling together from same educational institution another person has to be able to pay for his/hers participation as well.
