Who can participate in the Erasmus+ Programme?

Erasmus+ projects are submitted and implemented by participating organisations. If a project is selected, the applicant organisation becomes a beneficiary of an Erasmus+ grant. Enrollment is simple and takes just 4 steps: 1) Choose a course, date and location, then fill in the registration form. 2) Receive email confirmation and invoice. 3) Provide the Staff Mobility Agreement and make payment by bank transfer. 4) Provide flight details at least 14 days in advance (if airport transfer is included) and receive final course details.

What happens after I submit my enrollment?

You will receive an email confirmation with your registration details and an invoice for the course package selected. You should then provide us with the Staff Mobility Agreement and make payment by the date specified in the invoice.

What course packages do you offer?

We offer three main packages: Basic Package (course only), Economy Package (double room accommodation with full board), and Premium Package (single room accommodation with full board). Each package includes course materials, certificate, and cultural activities. Premium and Economy packages are only available in Larnaca.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations 15-30 days before receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
