Educat Academy offers Erasmus+ KA1 Staff Mobility programs for Belgian teachers and educational staff. As an official EU-accredited provider (OID: E10339100), we provide professional development opportunities in Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, and Poland.

Erasmus+ Opportunities for Belgian Teachers
Belgian educators can participate in Erasmus+ KA1 Staff Mobility for professional development. This includes:

National Agencies
Belgium has two National Agencies based on language communities:
- Flanders (Dutch-speaking): Agentschap voor Hoger Onderwijs, Volwassenenonderwijs, Kwalificaties en Studietoelagen (AHOVOKS)
- Wallonia-Brussels (French-speaking): Agence francophone pour l'éducation et la formation tout au long de la vie (AEF-Europe)

Financial Support
Erasmus+ provides funding for Belgian teachers through their regional National Agency. The support includes:
Organisational Support
- Up to €500 per participant for mobility projects supported by external policy funds
- €400 per participant for internal policy funds (up to 100 participants), €230 for additional
Travel Support
Travel costs are covered based on distance bands (one-way, doubled for return):
- 10–99 km: €56 (green), €28 (non-green)
- 100–499 km: €285 (green), €211 (non-green)
- 500–1999 km: €417 (green), €309 (non-green)
- 2000–2999 km: €535 (green), €395 (non-green)
- 3000–3999 km: €785 (green), €580 (non-green)
- 4000–7999 km: €1188 (green and non-green)
- 8000 km or more: €1735 (green and non-green)
Participants are encouraged to use low-emission transport for distances under 500 km.
Individual Support for Staff
Daily subsistence rates depend on the receiving country:
- Group 1 countries (higher living costs): €96-190 per day
- Group 2 countries (medium living costs): €84-170 per day
- Group 3 countries (lower living costs): €71-148 per day
Rates apply fully for the first 14 days, 70% thereafter up to 60 days.
Inclusion Support
- €125 per participant with fewer opportunities
- Additional real costs for participants with disabilities or special needs
Exceptional Costs
- Up to 80% of eligible costs for expensive travel or financial guarantees

- Reimbursement: Receive funding reimbursement from your National Agency
