Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our courses.

General Terms

By enrolling in courses provided by Educat Ltd (ΗΕ 449366, OID E10339100, PIC 880796861), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any visa requirements for travel to the course location.
Educat Ltd reserves the right to modify course content, dates, or locations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive a certificate.

More than 30 days before: Full refund minus €50 administration fee
15-30 days before: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund, but course transfer may be available
Course transfers: One free transfer allowed if requested at least 7 days before the course start date

In case of course cancellation by Educat Ltd, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is collected solely for course administration and communication purposes.
Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required for course delivery.
Participants have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data.
