  12. Day 3: Developing Mental Toughness Strategies

  15. Managing thoughts and overthinking;

  18. Day 4: Mastery and Sustainability

    Certificate:

    Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance either on Thursday or Friday.

    Schedule:

    Classes take place in the morning or afternoon at the providers' discretion. The schedule outlines may differ significantly depending on participants’ requests and on the trainer, who has discretion over any changes.
