Course Overview
This course "Teachers as Coaches: Handling Bullying in Schools" empowers teachers to take on the role of coaches, equipping them with the skills and strategies to address and prevent bullying in schools effectively. By focusing on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and positive behaviour management, participants will learn how to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters respect, empathy, and resilience. Teachers will explore proactive measures to prevent bullying, as well as intervention techniques to resolve conflicts and support both victims and perpetrators. Through practical exercises, real-life case studies, and collaborative discussions, this program prepares educators to guide students towards healthier peer interactions and create a safer school culture.

Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance either on Thursday or Friday.
