Experience world-class professional development in the Mediterranean. 320 days of sunshine, English-speaking environment, and full Erasmus+ funding.

Larnaca training center on the Mediterranean coast
Cyprus has emerged as one of Europe's premier destinations for Erasmus+ teacher training, and the reasons are compelling. This Mediterranean island nation offers a unique combination of practical advantages that make it ideal for professional development: an English-speaking environment (legacy of British colonial history), direct flights from every EU capital within 2-4.5 hours, modern infrastructure meeting EU standards, and perhaps most importantly, 320 days of sunshine annually that creates an inspiring learning environment.
Since launching our Cyprus operations in 2020, we've welcomed over 2,500 European educators to our Larnaca and Paphos training centers. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with 98% of participants rating their experience as "excellent" or "very good." What surprises many first-time visitors is how seamlessly Cyprus combines serious professional development with the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle—you can attend intensive morning workshops then unwind on the beach just minutes away.
The practical advantages extend to costs as well. Erasmus+ funding typically covers €1,500-€2,500 per participant, which fully funds a week-long mobility including flights, accommodation, course fees, and living expenses. Cyprus offers excellent value: quality 3-4 star accommodation runs €50-€130 per night, restaurant meals €10-€20, and the compact island size means everything is accessible without expensive transportation.
