All our courses are designed and provided according to Quality standards for courses under Key Action 1 (learning mobility of individuals). This course is designed for teachers, trainers, educators, and education staff working in increasingly multicultural classrooms and institutions. It introduces the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) framework, structured around four measurable dimensions: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action, and shows how they can be applied directly to educational practice. Participants will examine how culture influences learning, communication, participation, feedback, and assessment, and how unconscious assumptions can affect inclusion and teaching effectiveness. The course also integrates Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a practical approach to inclusive teaching design, supporting multiple means of engagement, representation, and expression. Participants will leave with practical toolkits for classroom communication, inclusive teaching design (UDL), and culturally responsive teaching strategies that can be immediately applied in their own educational settings.
