Participants — including educators, administrators, and project managers — will gain practical tools to foster inclusive and respectful communication, build meaningful international partnerships, and navigate cultural challenges with confidence. The course also highlights the strategic role of intercultural communication in institutional planning, empowering participants to integrate cultural awareness into their organization’s development goals, enhance collaboration, and create a more inclusive and globally engaged learning environment.

    Day 1 – Monday: Introduction & Cultural Awareness

  11. Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions
  12. Practical group work on intercultural scenarios
  13. Intercultural communication settings in education
  14. Day 3 – Wednesday: Language, Culture & Nonverbal Communication

  15. Energizing exercises
  16. Hall’s High and Low-context communication
  17. The role of language in shaping culture and meaning

  19. Case studies: real intercultural communication situations
  20. Strategies to overcome language and communication barriers
  21. Day 4 – Thursday: Intercultural Challenges & Strategic Planning

    Certificate:

    Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance either on Thursday or Friday.

    Schedule:

    Classes take place in the morning or afternoon at the providers' discretion. The schedule outlines may differ significantly depending on participants’ requests and on the trainer, who has discretion over any changes.
